About Amanda Richardson
As President of the Board of Education for Thomas Edison Charter Academy, Amanda will work closely with the administration, faculty, families and community of TECA to ensure we are focused on fulfilling our mission.
In addition, Amanda is CEO of CoderPad, the leading software platform for evaluating technical talent. She is a chief executive with extensive experience in product management and strategy, having helped to scale multiple technology startups to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Prior to CoderPad, she held leadership roles at Rabbit, HotelTonight, Prezi and Snagajob - always with a focus on great products and great execution.
Amanda holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford University. She is an advisor to a number of startups and has been a featured speaker at Mind the Product Conference, Women in Product Conference and Lean Startup Conference. She is also a member of the Advisory Board to the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children, one of whom is currently a student at TECA - and a younger one she hopes to enroll in the coming year.
