Marilyn Zoller Koral

Marilyn Zoller Koral, M.Ed. is an SFUSD Administrator Emeritus. Her career began nearly 50 years ago as a visual arts teacher working with public school children for the NYC Board of Education with the Cloisters, NY, and the Guggenheim Museum, NY. As a teaching artist and visual arts teacher, she worked with students covering every range of ability and need from pre-school to adult, from New York City to the San Francisco Bay Area. Marilyn holds a M.Ed. in education and an Administrative Services Credential from University of California, Berkeley, a Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University, and a BS from the City College of New York. She is a certified Integrated Learning Specialist. Marilyn has sat on the boards of Arts Ed Matters and The Performing Arts Workshop. She was a fellow for Harvard Project Zero and an online coach for an international group of educators in Visible Thinking at Harvard’s GSE. Currently Marilyn facilitates workshops for educators across the bay area in addition to co-facilitating a leader’s networking group in Creative Strategies for Educational Leadership though UC Berkeley’s GSE.
