About Claudia Quinonez
Claudia Quinonez began her career in the non-profit field over 15 years ago. She started off serving families and children in San Salvador, Central America, and now in the San Francisco, Bay Area. She holds a bachelor’s in public relations and communications and certifications in dialogue education, design thinking, and agile project management.
Claudia currently holds the position of director of community, innovation, and impact at Children’s Council of San Francisco, a San Francisco non-profit organization that supports families and children in accessing quality early education, and leads organizational projects that serve the city’s early education field. Claudia started her independent consulting business “CQ Consulting” in 2017 to support non-profits in building capacity through contracted projects in diverse topics, such as project management, human-centered design, and design of adult learning events.
Claudia formerly sat as chair of TECA’s School Site Council.
Claudia and her husband have two elementary-age children attending TECA.
"I joined the board of education at TECA because I want to ensure we have a parent’s voice at the decision-making table, and to be of service in creating the best school for our children. Quality education is a must, not a nice-to-have."
